CE認證中EMC指令定義為：設備或系統在其電磁環(huán)境中能正常工作且不對該環(huán)境中的任何設備的任何事物夠成不能承受的電磁騷擾的能力

　　EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) 電磁干擾
　　EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)電磁兼容
　　EMC =EMI+EMS
　　EMI包括傳導、輻射、諧波等等。
　　諧波和閃爍應該是EMI的，而不是EMS的，看61000-3族標準的介紹：
this section of IEC 1000-3 is concern with the limitation of voltage fluctuations and flicker impressed on the 
public low-voltage system.注意“impress on"是施加而不是被施加，所以諧波和閃爍是設備對外的，而不是外界對設備的，所以是EMI，不是EMS。
